Henna Well-being Workshop: Exploring Touch, Connection & Cultural Care
Join us for a gentle afternoon exploring well-being through the ancestral art of henna. Facilitated by artist and community practitioner Tasnim Siddiqa Amin, with live modelling by Lubna Hoque, this workshop invites QTBIPOC peoples (18+) into a warm, private space for shared creative and sensory practices.
Through guided exercises and group reflection, we’ll explore:
Expect soft rugs, calming music, herbal tea, and time to slow down. You’ll be invited to draw, apply, or receive henna, engage in mindfulness-based exercises, and reflect in community.
All materials are provided. No prior experience with henna or art is needed.
