A 90 minute peer-led, therapist facilitated space for trans people to share, process, and give and receive support.
While this space will be led by a therapist and using the aid of some therapeutic tools, it is important to stress that it will not be a group therapy session. Those feeling acutely unwell or in crisis should be aware that this space does that have the tools or support to be effective in managing a crisis, and are encouraged to seek longer-term support (see below for some signposting and suggestions). This space is free to access, but donations are welcomed if you have the means. By joining this session you agree to participate as best as you are able to in the group, and respect the other attendees and facilitator. Anyone displaying racist, transphobic, misogynistic, fatphobic, ableist, or threatening behaviour may be asked to leave.
Even though this is a free event, we still encourage you to book your spot.
