Porters May open mic
PORTERS is a new small press. Our hope is to be a communal home for very fine new writing. To this end, our books are entirely handmade.
Following the launch of our first two books, Jimmy Chapman's Gilt and Harper Walton's Common Only In Name, we are hosting a series of open mics on the last Wednesday of each month.
May's event will be open from 18:30, with readings starting towards 20:00. Open mic slots will be first come, first sign-up. There will also be handmade copies of both books available for purchase.
The event is free, with no ticket needed to attend.
