GPN hosts a social & business networking event followed by an optional dinner every 4th Tuesday of the month except in August and December at The Civil Service Club, a safe place with very affordable food and beverage.
Join us for an evening of Networking: Connect, learn, enjoy and build lasting social & professional relationships.
Attendees tell us they increased their turnover from £500 to £24,000 by networking at our events, access to funding in excess of £25 million was also made available to our members, it is good to network!
Every month, we welcome various speakers and please check our event page https://www.gpn.one/links-and-events-diary/ for more details.
This Month’s Speaker: Sue Sanders

We are delighted to welcome Sue Sanders, a distinguished advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. Sue is an Emeritus Professor at the Harvey Milk Institute, CEO of Schools OUT UK, and co-founder of UK LGBT+ History Month. She has been recognized for her lifelong contributions with the Rainbow Honours Lifetime Achievement Award (2019) and the NEU Lifetime Achievement Award (2024).
Sue will share her insights on the significance of Pride events both in the UK and internationally, as well as the importance of LGBT+ History Months in preserving and celebrating LGBTQ+ heritage.
Sue has an article in 55 Years of Pride, a powerful reflection on the movement’s journey since the Stonewall Uprising, which ignited LGBTQ+ liberation worldwide. She will bring a copy of the book, and attendees will have the opportunity to order their own via this link.
Additionally, a Luxury Edition is available, and GPN members receive an exclusive 50% discount—this special offer can be found on our blog.
Special Feature: A Tribute to 55 Years of Pride
For approximately seven minutes, we will showcase a compelling reel capturing the essence of the Pride movement:
In a world often marked by conflict, Pride continues to symbolize hope and resilience. As we celebrate its 55th anniversary in 2025, we reflect on its origins from the Stonewall Uprising, which sparked a global movement for LGBTQ+ rights.
On June 1st, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Bologna, Italy will host 55 Years of Pride, an immersive experience that traces the movement’s evolution—starting outside the iconic Stonewall Bar and traveling through five decades of struggles, triumphs, and celebrations.
Visitors will feel the weight of HIV/AIDS, the joy of marriage equality, and the awe of witnessing a movement born from a few passionate individuals now spanning the globe.
We invite companies to join us in this venture, collaborating with leaders in immersive storytelling to bring this experience to audiences worldwide. The exhibit is set to travel to at least five cities across the USA and five cities in Europe, ensuring its impact reaches communities far and wide.
After 40 days and nights of rain, the sky once blazed with a beautiful rainbow—and Pride continues to be that beacon of hope, welcoming all into a future built on inclusivity and unity.
Jean-Francois Dor hosts these events since 2010.
