Are you a volunteer involved in the organisation or delivery of trans community groups or activities in Scotland?
We had a fantastic first session with more than 20 attendees from all over Scotland but we know there are many more of you out there! Join us for the next session of this quarterly series of meetings intending to pool knowledge, share experiences, celebrate victories and provide mutual support.
Participants are required to pre-register for this meeting via Zoom - please read your confirmation carefully as it contains a link to do this
Original workshop description
Despite the ongoing challenges for trans and non-binary people, we want to recognize and celebrate the incredible efforts many of you are making for our community. From front line campaigning to providing peer support, fundraising to filmmaking and just about everything in between, we know that there are highly motivated and dedicated trans volunteers across Scotland doing it.
This series of meetings hopes to bring you together. We believe that if we can hold a space for all of you to meet and collaborate, amazing things will happen. Sharing knowledge and working together can amplify all of our efforts and help us to build a stronger, more resilient and connected community.
The forum is scheduled to run for 1 hour and 45 minutes and will include a 15 minute break.
