Dancing with what’s there - this class will be improvisation-based with the only requirements being a desire to move your body and a playful openness to what may unfold. We will dance with what’s already there - the space, our desire, the light, sounds and sensation - zooming into the offerings of our environment and finding different ways of relating through movement.
