Yoga class
Join us for a yoga class that blends flowing movement with moments of stillness. Through gentle, dynamic sequences and longer holds, you’ll have time to connect with your breath, feel grounded, and find calm. This practice is designed to help you move with purpose, pause with intention, and reconnect with yourself. No matter your experience level, this class offers a space to slow down, feel present, and leave with a sense of balance and peace.
Breathe & Be: A Journey Through Pranayama and Guided Meditation
Slow down, center yourself, and reconnect with the present moment. This calming class combines the ancient art of pranayama (yogic breathwork) with gentle guided meditation to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and deepen self-awareness. Whether you’re new to meditation and breath work, or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease. All levels welcome — just bring your breath and an open heart.
