Kate Sharp and Sam Roulston are tying the knot — creatively, not legally — in this brand new split-bill stand-up show Lavender Marriage.
It’s a chaotic union of two rising comedy stars, working through new material in front of a live audience (you).
Two special guest warm-up acts will also be there to give heartfelt, hilarious toasts (TBC).
Kate Sharp is a lesbian, comedian and writer (so crazy how grounded and humble she is). Her clever writing style mixed with her conversational stand-up makes her an exciting comic to watch. More importantly, really big comedians have called her a ‘joy to watch’, an ‘absolute natural on stage’ and ‘so so fucking fit’ (for GDPR purposes can't disclose who said the last quote).
She has won competition nights across UK comedy clubs and been a finalist in So You Think You're Funny? and LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year.
Sam Roulston premiered his first solo sketch show, CRINGE, at the Toronto Fringe Festival and won The Second City Best New Comedy Award. CRINGE received ★★★★ reviews and was described as “Brilliant” and “Savagely Funny” – Now Magazine.
In 2024, Sam was shortlisted for the BBC New Comedian Of The Year. He was a finalist in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year 2023, and a semi-finalist in The Komedia New Comedy Award 2023, The Max Turner Prize, The West End New Comedian Of The Year, and The Museum of Comedy’s Sketch Off.
Sam is starring in his first feature film In A Violent Nature (out now on Shudder/Amazon Prime). He has appeared on Sky Arts (Diane From Accounts), OUT TV (Live At The Queer Comedy Club), The Comedy Network (The Beaverton), and CBC (Noodle Boys).

Regretfully The Divine is not wheelchair accessible. We are working on improving this in 2025. We thank you for your patience in this matter. The ground floor has no steps to enter. The toilets and performance space are downstairs with a stair case of 10 steps.
Kate and Sam will offer complimentary tickets to carers if needed for people with disabilities who need assistance. Please message them directly.
