Founded by Mr Gay England 2022, David Allwood, Homoparody was created to tackle loneliness within the LGBTQ+ community — and has since become one of the UK’s leading queer collectives.
NIKKY LYLE

Providing the soundtrack all evening is DJ Nikky Lyle — founder of Shepway Social Club, co-creator of the sell-out queer night Damp Disco and a proud champion of LGBTQIA+ safe spaces.
Nikky’s known for spinning cheese, pop, club classics and indie bangers, always reading the crowd and playing with heart. Niky's mission is to create dancefloors where everyone can take up space, feel safe, and have a night free from judgement or bad vibes.
Her queer disco collective, Damp Disco, regularly sells out 450-capacity venues with guest sets from names like Joe Goddard, plus drag royalty and circus acts. Think Sophie Ellis-Bextor meets ravey energy, with glitter, good vibes, and a proudly mixed queer crowd.
For Wembley Park Pride, she’ll be on the decks throughout the evening, keeping the energy up and the community vibes flowing. One of the most inclusive and feel-good pride events London has to offer this summer.
