Loving Men - Yoga For Men

Feel Good Fridays are here!

Bringing Vajrasati Yoga to London on the last Friday of the month for Gay, Bi & Queer Men.

Come and get your yoga on as we stretch out, breathe deep and come home to the heart with Tom Cowan.

Postures will be accessible for different bodies and abilities. If you're new to yoga or have a regular practice this is the space for you!

A regular monthly check in for yourself with a group of like minded GBQ men as we inhale, stretch, explore and nourish our bodies and spirits together.

The studio at The Bridge faces West so this will be Sunset-O-Rama!

These classes are limited to 12 men so that we have the time and space to get to know each other in a more intimate group setting. You're welcome to arrive from 1815.

Mats & blocks provided. Wear comfy, stretchy clothes. Bring a blanket if you like a cosy relaxation to finish.
