This is the UKs FIRST EVER Bulgarian bag championships!
It's open to all from around the world
WHAT DOES THE EVENT INVOLVE
There are two different disciplines - VIB and Muscular Endurance.
WHERE IS IT?
Commando Temple gym, Deptford, SE London
VIB is max rep spins on
38kg bag for men
22kg bag for women
You just get one go, that's it! For those that sign up, this will take place first
Muscular Endurance is:
6min spin
5min swing squats
4min snatches
3min squat to press
2min spin/arm throw
1min rest in between each element - aim is max reps
210/110/80/70/30 required respectively to qualify as Bulgarian bag elite
