August's Theme: Trans+ and Queer RestThese sessions are curated using trauma-sensitive mindfulness to create a safe space + provide you with the tools you need to make it work for you.
Gathering online via Google Meet from 10-10:30am. 20 mins guided mindfulness practice, 10 mins debrief. Participants will have the option to submit their personal reflections via journal prompts (sent a week ahead), if they wish to contribute to the curation of the meditation. Transcripts will be available.
