Follia 4 is a new recorder ensemble who made their recent performance debut at the SRP Early Music Shop Recorder Festival 2025. Formed by members of London’s tightly knit recorder scene, with specialities ranging from historical performance to pop music, they look to be a fresh voice in the UK’s woefully sparse landscape of recorder-focused music.

THE ARIS SOLOMON ENSEMBLE
Members:
- Aris Solomon (@aris_solomon), composer, saxophone, synthesisers
- Paige Psyhojos (@paigepsyhojos), writer, narrator

Aris Solomon is a London-based composer, musician & sculptor. As the creator and leader of the Aris Solomon Ensemble (A.S.E), which focuses on the exploration of minimalist and post-minimalist sonic landscapes, he is drawn to graphic scores, handmade instruments, and the design of systems that shape the way music is created and perceived. His practice blurs the line between performance and installation — preferring the idea of “presentations of systems” rather than "performances".
Paige Psyhojos stands at the chewing-gum-littered corner of sincerity and levity. She is a New York born, London based writer intertwining her admiration for storytelling and experimental sounds, notably drawing on themes from the Beat Generation, to deliver both written and performative pieces. Her work is a devotion to exploring the details of life, both the palpable and the overlooked.
Recent works include 'SPACE' (performed at CHAOS? March '25), 'Preservatives' (May ‘25), and 'Freezer, Freeze Her' (exhibited at Art in Resonance July '25).
