Under One Roof Kiki Ball is an event for the ballroom community in London that integrates a kiki ball with sexual health and wellbeing outreach, hosted by The Love Tank, Idris 007, and Khoriander Bodega. This particular edition aims to highlight the trans girls in the scene and discuss what more we can do to protect the dolls.
This event is predominantly dedicated to the ballroom community, queer migrants and queer people of colour, creating a space where the community can come together, walk, access vital health resources and kii! Friends and allies are also welcome, but we ask those not from the ballroom community why they are coming? Who are they coming to the space with? And if they are coming, how are they contributing to the space?
📍 Venue: St. Hilda's East Community Centre, 18 Club Row, London, E2 7EY
🚇 Nearest Stations: Shoreditch High Street (London Overground - Windrush Line), Old Street (Northern Line) & Liverpool Street (Central Line)

At The Love Tank, we work with queer communities in innovative ways to improve health and wellbeing. But did you know that recent data shows STIs continue to impact young people aged 15-24 years, gay, bi, and other men who have sex with men, and some minority ethnic groups the most? 🏳️🌈 Not enough is being done, and we’re here to change that!
In New York and Paris, ballroom culture has long incorporated sexual health outreach - now it’s time for London to do the same! Under One Roof Kiki Ball brings together ballroom excellence with vital health resources, making sure our community thrives both on and off the floor.
💃🏾 WHAT TO EXPECT 💃🏾
At the ball, we’ll be providing:
✅ Free STI home testing kits & sexual health information

ABOUT OUR FREE EVENTS
💜 Our events are free to ensure they remain accessible to our communities. However, organizing them comes with costs. If you'd like to support our work, please consider donating via this link.
💜 To make sure as many people as possible can attend, we ask that you cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it. Failing to show up without prior cancellation takes a spot from someone else and wastes resources, including food and venue costs. We track attendance, and individuals who miss three events without cancelling will be unable to register for our future events. Please be considerate and let us know if you can’t attend.
💜 To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please arrive on time. Our events are not drop-in sessions, meaning attendees must arrive at the start time and stay for the duration. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals - after that, entry will not be permitted as it can be disruptive to the group. Additionally, the entrance is not monitored after the grace period, so there will be no one available to let latecomers in. The event hours are clearly stated in the description, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a welcoming space for all!
💜 Alongside this, we appreciate it if you could respond to any communication by the given response deadline so we can make the necessary arrangements for the event.
💜 By signing up to this event, you accept being added to The Love Tank’s newsletter. You can opt out at any time.
