If you build it they will come.
Welcome to Greebfest. On September 18th, catch the Thameslink into the depths of Deptford. Dykes/dolls/fags/T boys/queers to the front. We will be celebrating Greebo’s birthday. Yes, there will be cake. Wear your finest bracelets for the occasion. And make sure to clip your labubu tight onto your belt carabiner.
We were all tired of trans musicians not getting the flowers they deserve and Greebo didn’t fancy cleaning up after a house party. So Greebfest was born. Bring your joy and bring your rage.
Live performances from Space Candy, Greebo and Jay Taylor. Then Tobre and Charlieeeee will take to the decks so we can dance the night away. This should be one for the books. Come along and bring your friends/family/polycule/warehouse roomies. See some of the finest queer/trans musicians in London.
Doors at 7pm.
£5 tickets. NOTAFLOF. Pay what you want tickets available. If you feel like being generous, you could also buy a support ticket. These cost £15 and the money goes towards putting on more cool events like this one, paying our artists and some of whatever we make from the event will go to charity.
DRESS CODE: Where the wild things are (or wear whatever you want)
Space Candy
Speed? Fast! Genre? Sometimes! Music? Almost certainly!
Space Candy is music duo made up of Alex and Bloomii that looks to combine the loud, fast and avant garde to create a merciless, unrelenting kind of fun! Imagine Aphex twin, Machine girl and LMFAO all forming into one gelatinous blob and then being nightcored for good measure!
jaytaylor
jaytaylor (they/she) is a transfemme producer, DJ and performer who blends aggressive electronic sounds with nostalgic 2000s emo, punk and alt-rock. Pulling influence from queer icons including Sophie, Underscores and 100 Gecs, as well as Pendulum, Pierce the Veil and Bring me the Horizon, Jay brings joy and rage in equal measures.
Greebo
The birthday boy. London’s shortest PS2 punk and favourite bimbo. Sings songs from a post apocalyptic pop chart for polyamorous pansexuals. Influences include internet comments from strangers, delayed night buses and Prozac Nation by Elizabeth Wurtzel. Scared nobody will like him when he’s 23. Come and prove him wrong.
Tobre (DJ)
Tobre refuses to expand his bio further than "tobre push button good".
Charlieeeee (DJ)
If you’re after super high energy cxnty dnb, speed garage and a beats that are gunna keep your feet moving charlieeeee's DJ set for you! it's unhinged in the best ways and packed full of charlieeeee remixes of songs you definitely know.
