Join Proud Wellness for a 90-minute embodied experience of joy, release, and self-discovery led by two of our LGBTQIA+ wellness practitioners. This unique evening brings together creative visualisation, journaling, and a community drum circle to help you:
- Release what no longer serves you
- Reclaim your power, inner wisdom, and true voice
- Reconnect with yourself, your dreams, and your community
No drumming, journaling, or visualisation experience needed - just a willingness to show up exactly as you are. This is all about joy, connection, and expression; all of you is welcome here.
This gathering is for LGBTQIA+ people who:
- Feel disconnected, or lost, and seeking community.
- Struggle to prioritise self-care when the world feels heavy.
- Want to try drumming or visualisation in a safe, affirming space.
- Are ready to feel more confident, empowered, and joyful!
What to expect:
Creative Visualisation – journey inward to connect with your dreams and possibilities.
Guided Journaling - uncover what your heart longs to release, reclaim, and reconnect with.
Drum Circle – create your natural beat, play authentic rhythm, and feel the power of collective sound.
Community Connection – solidarity, belonging, and joy in a safer LGBTQIA+ affirming space.
You'll leave with:
- A renewed sense of self and possibility.
- Valuable insights from reflection and journaling.

- Wellbeing skills to develop and add to your daily practice.

What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes, a notebook or journal, something to write with, and any sensory aids you need. You’re welcome to bring your own drum or percussion instruments.

Musa Francis (he/him) left and Chantel Rose (she/her)
Musa Francis (he/him) is a resilience coach and word witch who helps LGBTQIA+ creative entrepreneurs bloom into calmer, more joyful, and resilient versions of themselves.
As queer trans man and founder of BLOOMING QUEER, it’s his mission to help other LGBTQIA+ creative business owners to live boldly, love themselves fiercely, and care for themselves radically—so they can feel their best doing the creative work they love.
Chantel Rose (she/her)Founder of Chantel Holistic Wellbeing, Chantel brings over 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, working with children and adults across the UK. Throughout her career, she has supported people through their challenges while guiding them towards growth, healing, and emotional well-being.
As a holistic practitioner, Chantel is passionate about empowering you to step into the driver’s seat of your own journey. By blending her mental health expertise with holistic practices, she offers personalised and compassionate guidance that nurtures your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
