COVEN has already built so much: a high-spec live music venue, a dancefloor where our in-house nights have become instant fixtures, weekly sell-out classes like STRUT and AFTERLIFE, and upcoming wellness programmes from free trans therapy groups to chemsex recovery workshops. We’re a hub for collectives like House of Telfar and are building out co-work, daytime coffeeshop, and expanded residencies. But our free-rent agreement means the landlord keeps all bar profits. By taking on the lease, we can reinvest 100% of revenue directly back into our community. That means stable jobs, expanded accessibility, more wellness and recovery programmes, and a permanent queer cultural hub in East London. COVEN was literally built from the ground up — with recycled materials, sweat, resilience, and love. To keep the cauldron bubbling, we need your help. Every donation is a spell cast for queer survival, joy, and community. Whether £5 or £500, you’ll be helping us secure the future of this rare and vital space.
