A relaxed evening of yoga, sauna and conversation for queer women, non-binary and trans people.
The evening will begin with an hour of slow flow and restorative yoga including movement, breathwork and meditation. We will then head to our own private sauna and cold plunge space next door for our social.
18.45 - 19.00 - arrival
19.00 - 20.00 - yoga
20.00 - 21.30 - sauna social
All welcome - no previous yoga experience is required. We will then head to the community sauna next door where we will have our own dedicated sauna space.

What to bring / wear
For yoga please wear whatever you feel comfortable to move and stretch in. If you are able to bring your own mat please do but there will be some available to borrow. For sauna you will need:
✔️ Swimwear
✔️ Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying)
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Plastic bag for wet belongings
✔️Optional: Bathrobe, sauna hat, flip-flops

Location
The yoga will take place in the hall at The Bath House. We will then move to the Hackney Wick Community Sauna next door for sauna.
Accessibility
Unfortunately the hall space and sauna are not wheelchair accessible. However I would love to make the session as accessible as possible so please do get in touch if there are any questions or concerns you have about what will be included or any adjustments I can make for you.
