Gay Men’s Nude Yoga with Toro Manca is a grounding, liberating practice designed to dissolve shame and reconnect body, breath, and spirit.
Guided by Toro’s deep experience as a Sound Healing Practitioner and Kundalini Hatha Yoga teacher, the class weaves movement, meditation, and vibration into a safe, affirming space for men to show up as they are. Presented in partnership with Yoga Roots and Brewer Street, it’s an invitation to strip away the layers, both literally and energetically and move together in openness and presence.
Toro is a trained BSL interpreter, so the classes will be available in Sign Language too.
