We’ll talk about the modalities we practice, other major modalities, and different ways of delivering therapy, such as online, relationship therapy and therapy groups.

6:10pm A conversation between therapists covering:
- Who they are and how they work
- Different types of therapy and how they compare
- What therapy is really for
- Short explanation of key psychotherapeutic concepts
- Finding the right therapist for you
7:00pm An open Q&A session — bring your questions!
