Hi, Weekenders!
The hot weather is coming back, and it means outdoor activities as well. If you're into fitness, want to burn some calories, or want to enjoy an outdoor gay-friendly bootcamp, The Weekending is the place to be. After a successful kick-off with this season, We're excited to announce that tickets for Round III are out led by our two shamazing PTs, Fabio and Will.
Make sure you book your tickets ASAP and come along with your friends, your picnic basket and your energy for a gay-friendly Weekending styled bootcamp
The Workout:
Expect a 50 min Circuit Workout (accessible to any fitness level), where you will work in groups, with some good music, and a few motivational shouts from Fabio & Will.
The Post Workout:
Because The Weekending isn't just about a sweat-drenching workout, but it's also a social event, where we can enjoy this warm weather, with a picnic in the park (bring some food with you) and why not finish the day with a pint of beer, erm sorry, a diet coke at the bridge bar in Clapham High Street.
