Hosted by the founders of Hysterical Collective, Beeillustrates and Eliza Hatch (aka Cheer Up Luv), have designed a series of creative mentoring centred workshops to help you figure out how to take that next step in building your creative career with tools, support, and a community of like minded creatives.

WHAT WE'LL COVER:

If you’re stuck at the ideas stage, trying to build momentum, or unsure of how to get your foot in the door and pursue a career in the arts, this workshop offers a compassionate, focused space to figure out your next move.

Through creative reflection, practical advice, and supportive group mentoring, we’ll explore:

How to build a creative career rooted in your values
Getting the ball rolling when it comes to getting ideas out of your head and in to IRL
Connecting with other like minded creatives
Ideas and advice for breaking into the creative industry

WHY THIS SESSION MATTERS:

According to the 2025 Artists Speak survey:

79% of artists say community drives their progress
63% receive little to no institutional support
78% experience a mentorship gap
Most creatives work 46-52 hours a week under huge financial strain

We created this workshop series as a way to use our experience to help in closing the huge mentorship gap, to share our knowledge as two industry experts with the next generation of emerging creatives, and to facilitate a supportive space for us to work together as a community to build confidence, make new industry connections, and help each other progress creatively.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can no longer attend, please add your ticket to the waiting list, and if someone buys it you will be issued a refund by Outsavvy.
The building is a working space for other artists, so we ask everyone to be mindful and respectful throughout the evening, and to please keep voices low when entering and leaving the space.
All attendees must follow the studio guidelines (these will be emailed out to you ahead of your workshop) and complete a sign-in form on arrival.
