There are SO many of us out there in this bracket, and not many options of support/community for this, so….
Introducing → A monthly, judgement-free, peer support group at SET Social in Peckham for those wanting to improve their relationship with alcohol/other substances. A confidential, safe space to talk, share, learn and reflect. Last Sunday every month, 4-6pm.
For the completely sober, sober-curious, occasionally sober or rarely sober - all welcome! :)
The event itself will be a sober event, but there are lots of delicious non-alcoholic options at the bar here.
Leave each session with:
- Evidence-based tips for improving your relationship with drugs/alcohol - whether that's for moderation, harm reduction, or total sobriety
- Invaluable lessons learnt from others' experiences
- A sense of feeling heard and understood
- An action plan for the following month/period
- An ongoing community of support

FREE for those struggling financially (no questions asked), or sliding scale PAY WHAT YOU CAN (£5-10).
LGBTQI+ friendly 🏳️🌈 and open to all sexualities, ethnicities, genders, ages, social backgrounds etc - all incredibly welcome :)
