Join us for a special private LGBTQIA+ Tour at Tate Modern! We will be exploring the Tate Collection through the lens of gender identity and sexuality, led by a Tate Guide.
We have also been given complimentary tickets to one of the following exhibitions:
Do Ho Suh
Emily Kam Kngwarray
Nigerian Modernism
When registering, you will be asked to choose which exhibition you'd most like to see and we will get tickets to the exhibition that is selected the most. Then, after the tour we will visit the exhibition together!
Please reserve a spot and cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it!
*For events like this, spaces are limited so we ask that people only reserve a spot if they can make it and cancel their ticket (ideally at least 48 hours ahead of time) if they can no longer attend. This is so we can make sure as many people as possible can join us. Failing to show up without prior cancellation takes a spot from someone else, and it is important that we are all considerate of people who may be on the waitlist.
For details on how to get there and accessibility info, visit the Tate Modern website: tate.org.uk/visit/tate-modern.
If you have any questions please email queermindsls@selmind.org.uk.
We hope to see you there!
About Queer Minds:
Queer Minds is a peer support group for LGBTQIA+ people (aged 18+) who live, work or play in Lambeth and Southwark. This group is by us, for us and is for those who are looking to connect with others and get support for their mental health. We currently run two monthly peer support groups, a trans drop-in group, and various workshops and activities with partner organisations. You can find more information about the group on the Queer Minds website: selmind.org.uk/queermindsls.
