Come join us for a guided hour-long yoga session designed for runners and suitable for everyone. Stretch out, unwind, and connect with others in your community. Led by yoga instructor Sorcha for all abilities.
Meet at 10am, and after the class, stay for our usual coffee afters and chit chat. We have yoga mats, blocks and towels available, as well as shower and changing facilities.
