The Gladiator workout is a 45min HIIT workout, great to improve your strength, your cardio and meet new people.
Accessible to ANY fitness level, the Gladiator workout is not another random workout, it's a vibe. The beat drops and you lose yourself in the energy of a Gladiator.
You don't need to be a F45 member to participate the workout.
After the workout, join us for a social brunch at the coffee studio 7GR on Clapham road.
