Now That’s What I Call 30, Thirsty & Thriving - a Fundraiser for Gender Affirming Care!
How to Make Friends and Influence People… into buying a ticket for a fundraiser show with an incredible lineup you’re hosting for your 30th, instead of buying you a drink at a party you’re hosting for your 30th… it’s a win win all around - you get a fabulous show, and to celebrate my 30th, you don’t have to think about what to buy me, and your money changes someone’s life. Simple, really.
21st December at the Bedford Pub SW12 9HD, doors @ 6pm, show start @ approx 6:30pm-10pm. A variety show hosted by the Birthday Girl herself - your Friendly Neighbourhood Professional Shapeshifter queer cripple herself - Kaima.
We are so lucky to have the most talented people around lending their time and talent for this night, so please, book your tickets now to avoid disappointment! It’s the Sunday before Christmas, so there’s no excuse! 😉
And if you can’t come.. you can donate! And/or share, so the word gets out! Make a cripple happy this Christmas 👍
….Hello old, new & soon-to-be-friends!!! I am turning 30 soon… and that’s apparently a big deal. So.. I wanted to use that as an opportunity to play society at its own game, & use the extra 👀 & resources on something other than me (shocker).
Instead of buying me a drink/gift as our societal contracts dictate, your very generous gift to me - is spending that amount on a ticket for this *incredibly* stacked lineup of a show (srsly, I’ve overbooked, ur welcome) I’m hosting to raise money for a very, *very* dear friend for their gender affirming care.
As much as I am a material girl, I am also a queer cripple, who knows nothing is more important than health, safety, & love.. & we have the opportunity to literally make this happen, & give my mate (& maybe others if we raise enough!) the healthcare they deserve 😭 So be generous with your ££, your love & your time - or donate if you can’t attend - and change someone’s life. As allies we need to be doing more to step up and take the relentless weight of advocacy off our trans+ siblings shoulders. We have to fight for each other. There are no days off. So.. make this cripple happy this Christmas & ✨Fill ‘er Up✨- with tickets, not booze.. what an incredible night we have planned!!
