2. Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented at the entrance. Screenshots or altered Tickets may be rejected.
3. Entry is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid photographic identification may be required.
4. Naacho reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who breaches these Terms or behaves in a manner considered unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
5. All Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
6. Tickets may not be resold above face value.
7. Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in cancellation without refund.
8. Naacho hosts LGBTQIA+ inclusive events. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.
9. Attendees must follow all staff instructions, venue rules, and safety protocols, including those relating to darkroom areas where applicable.
10. Illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are not permitted.
11. Attendees must not record or share content depicting other individuals without explicit consent.
12. Naacho may capture general promotional footage that does not identify attendees unless consent is given.
13. You attend the Events at your own risk.
14. Naacho and the venue accept no responsibility for personal property, injury, or loss, except where required by UK law.
15. Naacho is not liable for failure to provide the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, staff shortages, or government restricti
