Mama to Mama Charity Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Don't Miss Margate CIC raising funds for Mama to Mama, a local charity supporting families in need.
Purpose
All proceeds from this raffle will be donated to Mama to Mama to support their charitable work in the local community.
Eligibility
- Entrants must be 16 years or over.
- Entrants must be UK residents.
- Staff and volunteers of Mama to Mama may enter unless directly involved in administering the draw.
Tickets
- Tickets cost £1 each.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets one person may purchase.
- Ticket sales close at 5pm on Weds 17 Dec. Entries received after this time will not be included.
Prizes
- No cash alternative is available.
- Mama to Mama reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Draw
- The winning ticket will be drawn at random using a fair and transparent method.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided at ticket purchase. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.
Data Protection
- Personal data will be used solely for administering the raffle.
- Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Liability
- DMM accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or payment issues.
Cancellation
- DMM reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- If cancelled, all ticket purchases will be refunded.
Governing Law

This raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales and complies with the Gambling Act 2005 guidance for Small Society Lotteries.
