Alicia Skuza is a Level 5 qualified Professional Coach, Property Mentor, and an advocate of conscious self-development. With a strong professional background in property and mentoring, she combines practical experience with coaching skills to support people in communicating more clearly, confidently, and authentically. Alicia is deeply passionate about self-expression and the dynamics of human relationships, helping individuals understand and articulate their needs both at home and in the workplace.
Nick Maison
Prior to setting up Total Krav Maga, Nick spent 14 years in the British Army and left in 2003 from the now Royal Army Physical Training Corps (RAPTC).
Nick is also a qualified fitness personal trainer and sports therapist.
Today, Nick's work includes being part of Krav Maga Global's International Training Team (the largest professional Krav Maga organisation in the world), and Nick is one of the highest-graded Krav Maga instructors in the UK. Nick also runs his own business alongside three trusted instructors.
Together, they offer the highest level of professional Krav Maga training and classes across London and the Thames Valley.
