Life Drawing at Triangle with Chris Tasman & Gianluca Flores
January 16th, 23rd 30th / 7pm - 9pm
February 13th, 20th, 27th / 7pm - 9pm
Bar open 7pm - 11pm
After an inspiring run of sessions last autumn, life drawing returns to The Triangle with the same open, encouraging spirit — and the same joy of drawing together.
What to expect
Each session takes place in a thoughtfully arranged space with a rotating selection of models. We begin with short warm-up poses, gradually moving into longer poses as the evening unfolds, with a short break halfway through.
All materials are provided (feel free to bring your own), and the setup can be adapted for accessibility needs.
Rather than formal instruction, we offer gentle guidance focused on ways of seeing — attention, proportion, rhythm, and presence — helping quiet the inner critic and get pencils moving.
How it runs
We start with quick 2–3 minute poses to loosen up, then settle into longer poses where you can slow down or explore detail. The first half is lightly guided; after the break you’re free to follow your own interests, with support available if you want it.
A good playlist. A generous model. A room full of people really looking.
The models
Real people.
Different bodies, ages, shapes, and energies.
Because bodies are endlessly fascinating.
