A one-day wellbeing workshop for LGBTQ+ adults who look like they’re coping… but don’t always feel like they are.
A small, supportive full-day workshop in Cromer.
If you are functioning but tired.
If you are holding things together but quietly running on empty.
If you understand yourself quite well, but still feel a bit stuck.
This day offers space to slow down, reflect, and understand what is actually going on in your mind and body.
Together we will explore how stress, masking and overwhelm show up in LGBTQ+ lives, and what your nervous system is doing when you feel anxious, wired or shut down.
Across the day there will be short explanations, guided reflection, practical tools and optional small group conversations. The group will be kept small so the space stays calm and supportive.
Nothing intense. Nothing performative. You will not be put on the spot.
It is simply a chance to step back, breathe, and learn a few tools that genuinely help.
This event is NOT
- Corporate training
- Group therapy
- A trauma deep dive
- An icebreaker day
You will NOT be asked to overshare or be analysed in front of the room.
You will leave with
- A clearer understanding of your stress patterns
- Simple ways to calm and reset when things feel too much
- A simple, personalised reset plan
- The reassurance that you are not the only one navigating this
Not transformed. Not reinvented. Just a bit clearer and better equipped.
