Impact play is a practice of sensation, presence, rhythm, power, and trust. It is not about harm. It is about intentional contact, clear consent, and learning how to work with intensity in a grounded, connected way.
This workshop offers a queer, sex-positive introduction to impact play that centers communication, nervous system awareness, and embodied choice. We will focus on skill, attunement, and agency.
Impact can be playful, pleasurable, meditative, cathartic, er0tic, connective. This space is about learning how to engage it consciously.
