CALLING ALL SOUTH WEST QUEERS
Tired of trekking across London to meet like-minded queers? We've got you covered south of the river with our Lesbian (FLINTA) SW Socials. Think of us as the "more houseplants than jagerbombs" crowd – friendly folks who prioritise genuine connections and conversations. This special edition event will be in Clapham North, at the Clapham North pub - a cosy and accessible venue.
What to expect:
A group of welcoming, friendly faces looking forward to meeting you in a comfortable area of a local pub.
Whether you're seeking new mates or new potential dates, LSW has your back. Since we began in 2022, we've been the catalyst for best friends, dates, hook-ups, partnerships, sports teams, crafty groups, band-mates and more!
- Inclusive, FLINTA+ focused – designed specifically for lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans+ community. Allies outside of this are absolutely welcome providing inclusivity and safety remains a priority.
- Genuinely welcoming – a safe space designed for meeting mates or dates, naturally. Conversation starters will be included, plus pens and paper will be available so you can doodle whilst you chat.
- Accessible – The Clapham North have disabled access and a disabled toilet. It's just accross the road from Clapham North tube (Northern Line) + easily accessible via many bus routes.
- Community first – a social without the huge price tag. Pay what you can tickets (suggested £5)
Perfect for anyone wanting to meet like-minded queer people. Come as you are, alone or with a friend/partner and leave with new connections! FYI, the age range of our events varies and anyone is welcome to join, but on average they tend to be 30s+
