Join us for one final afternoon of movement, creativity, wellness and sisterhood before Inner Femme takes its summer rest.
Inner Femme is a cosy, heart-led gathering welcoming all ages and those who identify as female into a space of deep connection, care and celebration.
Bring your mum, your aunty, your chosen family and your sisterhood. Inner Femme is about connection across generations, building a community rooted in love, safety and mutual care. We warmly welcome trans women and all who identify as femme.
Over the past months we've created jewellery, designed tote bags, vision boarded, explored yoga and meditation, shared wellness conversations, embraced arts and crafts and built a beautiful community of femmes supporting femmes.
This final gathering is an opportunity to celebrate everything we've created together before we take a short summer pause. We'll be returning later in the year when the days become cooler and our minds, bodies and souls once again call for community care, creativity and much-needed femme TLC.
Inspired by the Family Tent we hosted at Wellnergy Festival, we're closing this chapter with a special wellness edition designed to nourish your body, calm your mind and uplift your spirit.

Harmony of Om Meditation
We'll begin by grounding ourselves together through breath, stillness and intention, creating space to arrive fully in the room and within ourselves.

Gentle Movement Session
A nourishing blend of yoga, stretching and light Pilates suitable for all levels. This session is designed to reconnect you with your body, release tension and support nervous system regulation.
💃🏾 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Freedom Dance & Games Party
Move, laugh, play and express yourself freely. We'll explore how joyful movement and connection can help release stress, boost wellbeing and bring us back into our bodies.

Pottery Workshop
Create your own grounding token to take home with you. A handmade reminder of your growth, creativity, resilience and the community that surrounds you.
