La Monocle’s First Year 🥂
One year since our very first pop-up in 2025, we’re celebrating with a two-night takeover at Little Louie! Two distinct moods, two nights of performances, one birthday worth dressing up for.
DAY ONE – Friday 6th March
A sexy jazz bar energy: low lights, slow drinks, and a little flare.
Live performance from Charlotte Bell, setting the tone for an intimate, seductive night of music and connection.
DAY TWO – Saturday 7th March
We flip the switch into La Monocle’s dance night.
Expect high-energy selections and dancefloor heat with Areola Grande Latte, plus a second guest DJ (TBA) to carry us through the night.

Both nights run 7pm–12am at Little Louie.
Because this is a two-day celebration with performances, tickets are £1 more than our usual events:
• Early Bird: £7
• General Admission: £8
• On the door (after sell-out): £9
All tickets are valid for one date only. Please select either Thursday 6th March or Friday 7th March at checkout. You can purchase a ticket to the 6th and the 7th, tickets are not excluded to one day each.
La Monocle keeps ticket prices as low as possible, always. As a working-class owned bar, we know how inaccessible nightlife and queer spaces can be, while also needing to be realistic about the costs of performers, venues, staff, and fundraising for our future.
For this reason, we offer concession tickets for anyone who isn’t in a position to afford a standard ticket but still wants to experience community.

About La Monocle
La Monocle is a pop-up bar creating joyful, intentional spaces for the lesbian & FLINTA community in South London. Our long-term goal is to open a permanent lesbian & FLINTA community café/bar, and events like this are how we raise the funds to make that happen. Donations are also always welcomed!

REFUND POLICY & EVENT INFORMATION
La Monocle is a volunteer-run fundraising event. Ticket sales go directly toward covering venue hire, performers, and production costs.
Because of this, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Please note:
• Bar service and staffing are operated by the venue, not the La Monocle team, so we are unable to control bar wait times or service speed.
• Venue capacity and facilities (including toilets) are set and managed by the venue. We adhere strictly to the capacity limits provided to us.
• La Monocle is an open and inclusive community event. The crowd and atmosphere may vary from night to night and we welcome attendees of all backgrounds and ages.
• Music programming, volume levels, and performances are curated for the space and may differ from traditional club nights.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the event is independently organised and volunteer-run.
