Queer music, cabaret, performance and improvisation.
KNICKERS comes to The Dome at HAY!
KNICKERS is a queer diverse and inclusive music and performance night created by Jemma Freeman and John Lee Bird.
We’ve been brewing up a queer creative community in London for a year and have decided to spread our wings of love.
Launching KNICKERS-HAY with the help of special agent Hari Derwisch at THE GLOBE for a series of events in 2026 (and beyond!).
It’s a community, it’s a feeling…it’s all KNICKERS!
This is a queer night, championing fantastic, talented and varied artists of the queer persuasion. We welcome allies but ask that you are mindful of the queer space you are in.
We expect everyone to be respectful to all attendees and performers. We will not tolerate homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, ableist or discriminatory language or behaviour of any kind.
If you need support at any time during the event please let the organisers, door or bar staff know.
We encourage you to ask peoples pronouns if you are unsure, please don't make assumptions.
and above all else KNICKERS!
