South Asian Baddiez is a space for those who are in the South Asian community and love pole!

We are in the West Midlands for another joyous jam at Addictive Fitness!

What is a jam?

A pole jam is similar to an open pole session but with more of a community vibe to share and move together! This means that there will be no formal teaching or spotting, so it's recommended to have some experience in pole before attending. You can use this as an opportunity to mingle, build relationships and have fun!

As well as a jam we will also be holding a mini informal show towards the end. This can be a piece you have prepared or a freestyle, and you can dance to 10 seconds or the whole thing (depending on time constraints of course!). Any style of movement is welcome and you are encouraged to be your authentic self completely. If you don't want to perform that's also okay, there's no pressure to do so, you can just come along and have fun! This experience is about coming together and building community and the hope is that we can leave feeling fulfilled in our own ways!
