Join me as I host a workshop to develop my practice in Dance Movement Psychotherapy. We will move together in a non-judgemental space where we explore embodiment and use movement as a tool to process, explore and express states of being and lived experience.

1.5 hours (with 30 minutes for feedback, reflection and discussion after) to connect, be present and realign with your sense of self through somatic awareness, authentic expression and improvisation.

*This is not a group therapy session but research and development for my practice*

Open to all - no prior dance experience neccessary.
