RE VERSARY! ~ Celebrating one year of RE VERSE VOICES!

Welcome to our first birthday, our RE VERSARY if you will! Celebrating one year of Re Verse Voices at The Union Theatre, Southwark, featuring 3 headliners - Russ AKA @the_trans_waterbear , Pearl Does Country @pearldoescountry and Kavita Hansla @kavitatalks with an open mic section and a set from host Amy Allen @amyallenpoet. The brilliant Jack Oldham @jackwo_music will be accompanying spoken word artists on the keys as per our regular open mics but this time we will be in the beautiful theatre space, with music and dancing to end the night.

The ethos of RE VERSE will remain the same - limitless love and support for all. The artists and open mic slots are for folks who identify as queer / LGBTQIA+ with priority given to trans voices. If you would like to be a part of the open mic sections for this event, please let Amy know at the door and your name will go in a communal love-filled hat. We will endeavour to hear as many voices as possible, through spoken word, comedy, song ~ whichever form feels warm.

Let's Re Verse to our core and be who we are, fully, unapologetically, imperfectly. Because that's truth and at Re Verse we root for your truth! For ours! Together.
