Ring in the spring with a gorgeous Spring Equinox foraging walk and herbal medicine-making workshop led by Wellbeing Facilitator Frankie Rechere.
Meet us for a short walk beginning at Burgess Park (Meeting Point: Glengall Wharf Garden Memorial, 64 Glengall Rd, London SE15 6NF) where we will forage for herbs and flowers and learn about their healing properties. Following the walk, we will head to Glengall Wharf Garden for a short collective reading and we will craft seasonal remedies with plants we've gathered which participants can take home.
Please bring:
- Comfortable shoes and seasonally appropriate clothing
- A bottle of water
- A sketchbook or paper and something to write and draw with
- A refillable water bottle
- A packed lunch or snacks

Frankie Rechere (she/her) is a Wellbeing Facilitator, Cultural Producer and Filmmaker from South-East London. Rooted in holistic aromatherapy and traditional Jamaican herbal medicine, her practice reconnects us with the earth, centring community, ancestral knowledge and collective resilience.
