LBTQ+ women, transgender, non-binary, and genderqueer people of Chinese heritage. No experience needed. Feel free to bring your own racket, and we will also provide rackets and shuttlecocks.

Notes:
a. Please be mindful of your surroundings and keep personal belongings secure. Avoid bringing valuables to the activity.
b. Exercise within your physical limits based on your condition. Please warm up appropriately before the activity (the facilitator will lead a warm-up session for everyone in the first 10 minutes of the activity).
c. Wear comfortable, suitable clothing and shoes for physical activity, and avoid wearing watches, earrings, necklaces, or other jewelry to prevent unnecessary injuries during exercise. Casual footwear and bare feet are not allowed on the court.
d. All forms of discrimination are prohibited: no racism, no LGBTQIA+ phobia or discrimination, no misogynistic remarks, no gender discrimination, no body shaming, and no hate. Let’s work together to maintain an equal, friendly, and safe space.
