Soho in the 90s? Believe it or not, flamenco was the thing. Packed basements, endless nights, and music straight from the soul. We love to honour the past with new flavours, so for this special edition we’ve invited Laura Mateo, one of Andalusia’s most exciting new voices, straight from Almería and already touring internationally. She’ll be joined by the powerful dancer Lourdes Fernández and guitar wizard Adrián Solá.
Hosted in the basement of Jamón Jamón Soho, just steps from Leicester Square. Experience flamenco as it’s meant to be — unfiltered, raw, and intimate — and stay for the juerga, where performers and audience jam together in celebration.
Your evening:
19:00
Doors Open
19:30–21:00 – The Show
Classic tablao, as it’s done in Spain, simple and effective: singer, guitar, dancer. First part 19:30–20:00, pause to catch your breath, then 20:30–21:00 for the second. Keep your skills ready because you might just want to jump in during the fin de fiesta at the end!
21:00–00:00 – Juerga
A wild flamenco jam! Bring your instrument, dance, sing, or just enjoy. Improvised, unplanned, flowing with the night. Drink, eat, play, chat, dance and let Soho’s flamenco spirits take you where they will.
One night of joy, memories, and love for art.
