Homo Sapien Physio & Wellness (Bethnal Green) invites you to join for a morning designed for runners who want to run stronger and stay injury free.
Empowered by On, the morning will include an intro to foot mechanics - ever wondered what arch support meant or what on earth a ‘neutral’ shoe is nevermind if it's the right fit for you? This is your chance to learn from a physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience across professional sport, private practice, and academia.
We'll then be testing out our new found knowledge in some On trial shoes for a 3k loop, ending back at Homo Sapien Physio for a session breaking down the key muscle groups that power your stride, explore some common running injuries people with wider hips experience and guide you through simple, effective exercises that you can add straight into your training.
The session is perfect for runners of all levels who want to move better, run smarter and build resilience from the ground up.
Arrive at 9:45am for a 10am start.
