Shielded Hearts brings you your mid-week genderqueer mingle, a celebration of trans-masculinity and a chance to affirm the trans community ahead of Trans Day of Visibility. 💫
We’re putting the spotlight on our trans-masculine hunnies, with a line-up of drag kings guaranteed to make you weak at the knees, plus trans and non-binary DJs who will absolutely blow you away. Expect performances, music, and powerful conversations as our featured models share why trans-masc visibility matters so much and what it was like having their pecs covered in plaster for the project.
And because every good night needs a little luck… who doesn’t love a raffle? 🎟️
There’ll be a raffle on the night. Prizes will be beautifully queer, from art and goodies to creative mentoring sessions with other queer and trans creatives in our community.

About SHIELDED HEARTS:
SHIELDED HEARTS is a unique collaborative art project by Sam Dawood and Lydia Reeves exploring trans- masculine identity through body casting, sculpture and wearable art. Featuring Azaria Franco, Jude Guaitamacchi, Sabah Choudrey, Xandice Armah.
About the funds:
This fundraiser will support the production and the exhibition.
Funds raised will go directly towards materials, fabrication, photography, venue costs, and fair pay for contributors.

ACCESS INFO
Sadly, both floors of The Divine are not currently accessible as we do not have a lift.
– The ground floor, main bar of The Divine has level access.
– There is an accessible toilet in the main bar.
– The cabaret and club space are in the basement of the venue. There is no lift.
– There are 17 wide steps down to the basement with handrails on either side, this is where the show will take place.
– There are two sets of gender-neutral toilets downstairs, they are not wide enough for wheelchairs.
