This will be an inclusive social for polyamorous, relationship anarchist, and polycurious folx who enjoy bouldering or would like to try it for the first time.
Nix (they/them) and Sonia (she/they) will be hosting the event and will be happy to help new climbers get started and to introduce attendees to each other.
As with all climbing centres, you will need to complete a pre-registration form in advance and then answer three simple safety questions to register when you arrive. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.

The lovelies at Queer Climbers Ldn have arranged for their usual discounted entry at £9.50 which includes shoe and chalk hire. They also have two free spaces available for low/no income attendees. No proof is required, just DM us before midday Tuesday 24th March either on Instagram (@queerpolyamorysociallondon) or directly to Nix through the QPS WhatsApp community if you are already a member. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
This is not a dating event so please respect the social vibes and don't be creepy.

Access information
The social involves unstructured and unfacilitated verbal interaction with queer and polyamorous, relationship anarchist, or polycurious people. Should you be anxious to socialise, the hosts will be present to help include you in the group, so simply chat to us if we should help you break the ice.
The event will be held in a climbing centre which is open to the public (although everyone must check in at reception to enter the climbing areas) and there will be other climbers in the centre who are not part of the social. London Climbing Centres, the company which runs BethWall, is actively inclusive of marginalised groups and does not tolerate abuse.
BethWall has step free access and has hosted many paraclimbing socials for disabled climbers. There is a large accessible toilet with grab rail and emergency cord. All toilets, showers, and changing rooms are individual and gender neutral. The toilets also have free period products.
Volume level will be moderate (usual) to high (unusual) and will be a combination of background music played throughout the centre and other climbers enthusiastically cheering each other on. This is sometimes loud and sudden but the tone is generally positive.
