About Bleecker

Bleecker Burger is a queer-owned business founded by Zan Kaufman, a former New York corporate lawyer who swapped boardrooms for burgers. After moving to London in 2012, she launched Bleecker as a food truck, bringing her passion for craft burgers to the streets of the city. Today, Bleecker has grown to operate food trucks across eight locations in London and has earned critical acclaim, including being named National Burger of the Year 2024.
Known for their rare-breed, grass-fed UK beef, scratch-made sauces, and perfectly toasted buns, Bleecker continues to put care, flavour, and community at the heart of everything they do.
