We are so excited to announce that BiCamp 2026 is happening! We will be at a fantastic new venue this year for a weekend of connection, community and communing with nature, run bi us and for us.
BiCamp is a not-for-profit, annual four day camping event for all ages. We invite the Bisexual+ community, our friends, family and allies - into nature for a long weekend to switch off from the world - with fun and inclusive workshops, communal meals and activities to enjoy.
BiCamp takes place from Thursday afternoon 28th - Sunday 31st 2026 lunchtime.
We work all year to plan a camp which welcomes a diverse, global community.
By attending BiCamp you agree to abide by our Attendee Agreement, please read our policies before buying a ticket.
Attendee Agreement: Attendee Agreement
Safeguarding Policy: Bi-Camp UK Safeguarding and Welfare Policy Outline
Anti-racism Policy: BiCamp Anti-racism Policy 2026
Anti-racism
At past BiCamps we have dedicated resources to host external anti-racism facilitators to deliver mandatory sessions for white campers. This year - BiCamp committee have worked to create an Anti-Racism policy, built on our learnings. We welcome any feedback on this policy. We ask all attendees to read and absorb the information before buying a ticket.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is something we are committed to. We have a safeguarding policy, and have a safeguarding lead on site. Abuse or discrimination will not be tolerated at BiCamp.
Accommodation
We have plenty of room for you to pitch your own tent, volunteers to help you set up if needed, and we also have some camping equipment available for you to borrow. Camping is great! But sleeping in a tent may not be realistic or desirable for everyone, so we also have basic indoor accommodation options available at no extra cost.
Our new site has more indoor areas, all with flat access, and we still have flushing toilets, hot showers, electricity, and indoor activity, eating and kitchen areas. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please get in touch: bicampuk@gmail.com
Please note: Once you purchase a ticket, a form will be emailed to you, for you to tell us about your access requirements, volunteering capabilities, dietary requirements etc.
TICKETS
Tickets are for sale on a sliding scale from ÂŁ60 - ÂŁ160.
If you are unable to afford a ticket - please do get in touch to see how we can help.
Please email us if you require a free carers ticket.
Please read before choosing your ticket tier:
We are a not-for-profit organisation and we aim to keep our event accessible for those with the lowest incomes or disabilities. To do this we offer tiered ticketing via an honesty system.
Please consider your situation honestly, before selecting your ticket type. This allows us to continue running this event at a lower cost for us all.
We ask that those with most disposable cash purchase at a higher rate to subsidise those who are lower waged. We offer discounts for Black and people of colour in order to equalise access to a community that has not always been made welcoming and safe by the white majority of bisexuals. Lower cost tickets and free tickets for extraordinary circumstances are made available in the build up to the event thanks to the generosity of the wider community and subject to successful funding bids.
If paying in installments would allow you to attend, this is provided as an option during checkout.
Our 2026 ticket price brackets are:
ÂŁ30 Children (age 5-18) + ÂŁ2.50 Outsavvy Fee
ÂŁ60 BPOC (Black and people of colour) + ÂŁ3.20 Outsavvy Fee
ÂŁ80 (Access) + ÂŁ4.10 Outsavvy Fee

Who is BiCamp for? Who runs BiCamp?
As bisexual people in the UK often feel isolated within their LGBT+ communities, we are thrilled to offer a place for them where they can feel able to be themselves, meet new people and find friends around the UK and beyond. All BiCamp activities are run with the primary aim of inclusiveness and welcoming all members of the bi community and their family, friends, partners and allies.
BiCamp is run by volunteers from within the community who attended once and now want to keep the event alive. Our aim is to help more Bi+ people connect with each other and with nature. We have a strong ethos of inclusivity underpinning the event. This yearâs team contains members with a range of genders, disabilities, cultural, economic and racial backgrounds. Although we are only enthusiastic volunteers, we are committed to helping BiCamp to be as safe a space as we are able to make it.
This is the eighth BiCamp since the first in 2018 when the founders of BiCamp were inspired by the LNBi, the Dutch National Network for Bisexuals. BiCamp was originally organised by Brum Bi Group - a social community group aimed at connecting members of the bi community in Birmingham and the Midlands.
BiCamp is now run by volunteers under BiCamp UK CIC, a separate entity registered with Companies House and the CIC Regulator.

BiCamp is semi-catered. We provide vegan meals every day, with optional dairy add-ons. We try to cater to attendees dietary requirements. There is always a gluten free option. A form will be sent out to share specific dietary needs, allergies, intolerances and preferences after booking a ticket.

Activities
Our new site has some outdoor activities such as archery and we are currently working with the site staff to work out what is realistic within budget. As with previous camps, We also schedule fun activity sessions, led by campers, and everyone is encouraged to run sessions if they would like to! In the past we have had boardgames, drama games, pampering, yoga, bat watching, nature walks, karaoke, sea shanties and poetry.
We also hold space for people of multiple marginalisations, e.g. space for bis of colour, those new to the community, trans bis, bis on the ace spectrum and disabled bis as well as faith spaces to connect with others of a similar experience.
Saturday night is our ball: a chance to dress up fancy and dance in the woods to good music with friends new and old. This yearâs theme is Werewolves vs Vampires, and you are welcome to join in with costuming as much or as little as you like.
Children
Children (under 18 years old on 28th May 2026) are welcome at BiCamp, but they must attend with a parent/guardian over the age of 18. Childrenâs entertainment is not specifically provided. However, some of the activities will be accessible for children and young adults - some will not be suitable for this age group.
Under-18s are the responsibility of their trusted adult at all times. This means that we may ask your child who and where their trusted adult is if they are unaccompanied, and both you and they must know where and how to find each other. Please be clear if this trusted adult is different from the person buying their ticket.
If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol is allowed but moderation is essential. All campers are expected to be responsible for their actions and respectful of other campers and the site at all times, which relies on no one drinking to excess. Some of the best times at BiCamp are when you find yourself sitting on a tree stump with a cup of tea, simply chatting with new friends.
TRAVEL
There is parking on site, nearby rail and bus links, and we are happy to organise drivers to collect you from Kidderminster train station or Bewdley bus station.
A volunteer from the team will be happy to talk through transport options if you would benefit from support.
We are looking into the feasibility of offering transport from Birmingham city centre.
VOLUNTEERING
In addition to encouraging attendees to host sessions that interest you, we ask that all attendees volunteer towards the running of camp. We ask that you give at least one hour of your time to volunteering, and most campers volunteer about an hour each day. Roles involve attending the check in desk, washing up, emptying bins, prepping food for cooking, supporting campers with setting up their tents, cooking, driving, mental health support, and being on call for first aid. A high proportion of our campers (and organisers) are disabled and we are very aware that this will have an impact on what you can offer. We believe that disabilities shouldnât be barriers to involvement: we want to work with you to find a way to contribute that is safe and happy for you. Let us know your needs on the volunteering form and we will work with you to find a role that works for you. If youâre willing and able to do more than one hour, we are very happy to use your energy and enthusiasm. We also need folk to help with set up and takedown at either end of camp.
ACCESS & COVID
With a new site, we are cautiously optimistic that there are more wheelchair accessible areas. Please let us know of any access needs you have: nearer to camp, we will send you our access form, so you can tell us about your accessibility requirements in as much detail as you feel necessary.
BiCamp organisers recognise that sadly Covid is still a threat and many in our community are vulnerable. If you feel unwell, or notice an onset of covid-like symptoms in the days leading up to the event, please stay at home, even in the event of a negative LFT. Good hygiene and ventilation will be practised. Wearing a mask indoors is supported. And we encourage outdoor socialising as much as possible. It is camping after all :-)
A more detailed breakdown of our Covid practices is available on our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
15 days or more before the event starts, you can get a full refund on your tickets, minus Outsavvy's fee. 14 days or less before the event starts, you can get a 25% refund on your tickets. You cannot be refunded on your tickets once the event has begun. We can waive our policy under extenuating circumstances. Do let us know why you canât attend so we can respond appropriately. For example, serious physical or mental health problems, infection control or other serious situations.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email the team on bicampuk@gmail.com
