Camp! Audience corruption! Singalongs! It is time for the North Heat of Queerovision Series 5!
This year, we are having five heats: three in London, one in Liverpool and one at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe.
Six fabulous comedians will take to the stage in each heat, with just five minutes to win your heart and your vote. After everyone has performed, it will be down to our audience, our acts’ personal jury and our guest juries to award points to their favourite acts!
Only the three acts with the highest amount of points from each heat will continue in the competition:
- The Winner: Goes straight to the Grand Final on 30th November.
- The Two Runner-Ups: Will head to the Semi-Finals (either 26th October & 9th November) in London for a second chance at glory.
As usual, the show will be hosted by the iconic and multi-lingual drag comedian Teena (@sheisveryfamous). Guest Judges for this heat are: Liverpool's Genderfluid Drag Sensation Coco Fabulicious, Drag Comedian (and finalist of Queerovision Series 1) Sara Tonin, the world's only Scouse Polish Drag Queen Shanita Glitter AND the Winner of Queerovision Series 5 Sam Cook (who will also be performing our halftime show!).

The winner of Queerovision Series 5 will receive a trophy, a cemented place in the Queerovision Hall-of-Fame, as well as a prize money cannot buy.
AND don't let the Queerovision party finish! On Saturday 16th May, we will be having a special comedy show featuring contestants from the last 4 series of Queerovision at Hot Water Comedy Club, Liverpool, followed by a special viewing of Eurovision 2026.
