spinning into spring 🌺🌻🌹🌷🪻this sunday led by @twinklecatcow & @lucyblujonescombining contemporary technique and freestyle hiphop structure, this class is all about play, experimentation and expression.we’ll focus on basic contemporary fundamentals, teaching you floorwork, turns and jumps with a mix of freestyle hiphop. to end the session, we’ll combine all of these events to create a lil piece of choreo to take home with you. dress in what feels best to you and don’t be afraid to add a layer or two for your spin!
